How do I switch my class?

If you need to switch your class to a different session, there will be a Switch Class button near the top of the page;

For this example, three timetables for Performative Bartending have been provided;  the first one of which attracts a higher fee as the start date is soon.  Your training provider may set different fees for different timeframes, or allow self-serve switching for free.  The (i) icon next to the price explains the difference in fees per timetabled course.

Once you have made a selection for the course date you would like to switch into, you will be presented with a confirmation page.

If the switch attracts a fee, you will instead be presented with a page where you can click "Pay Now" to complete the switch process.

Clicking "Pay Now" takes you to the "Settle a Payment Request" page, where you click on "Add to cart"

From the checkout page, you can add a card and address, then finalise your payment with the "Pay Now" button

Regardless of whether you needed to pay a fee, or were able to switch for free, you will be presented with the confirmation page and can click the button to return to your course
