This message will be broadcasted to the cohort Tier categories that you have set up. For more information about setting up Tier categories go to Settings tab on the partner dashboard
Simply compose your message and select the target audience and the message will be sent to all the parties selected.
Partner portal Settings
The settings tab on the partner portal dashboard allows for you to set up the Training Partner Tiers for your partners. These tiers set up your broadcast messaging and can be used to help filter which partners receive what correspondence as well as what methods of payments, fee structure and actions according to their tier status. You can set up and rename the Tiers according to your own preference. The creation of tiers also applies to the payment level a particular partner is on.
Billing of partners
In the settings tab of partner portal you are able to define the default billing workflow for your partners. This can also be overridden from timetable item level in the admin portal.
1. Purchase credit upfront
With this option partners purchase credit upfront in bulk (for example, buy $250 of credits) and each enrolment/certificate fee as specified for their account is deducted from their total balance. Then you can set rules for when the balance reaches zero - are they stopped from using the system, do they have a negative balance threshold, etc.
2. Invoice accrued charges periodically
Admin generate an invoice to the partner ad-hoc based on the number of enrolments and certificates issued. These figures are recorded in the partner profile. (ie. agreement is that they pay monthly, quarterly etc. and admin users issue invoices as agreed)
Irrespective of the settings chosen, all invoicing of partners is manual
This is the default setting and these can be overridden at using the add course level for specific partner options in the admin portal pertaining to the fee structure you wish to apply.
Delinquent accounts
Overdue or unpaid partner settings
In instances where a partner has not paid or is overdue you have the ability to set default triggers for what action to take in these events by using the tick boxes below:
Reports
There are 3 report types available:
1. Account Statement - Presents an itemised list of financial transactions against a partner account for the defined time period.
2. Unprocessed Delivered Courses - this is used to assist in the creation of invoices against a partner by viewing items that have yet to be billed to the nominated partner.
