We have introduced a new feature on the Certificate Verification page: Course Information Link.

  One of our customers inspired this idea!

We have implemented an additional feature to the Certs tab of a Unit or Course. You can now add a Custom Link, which can be displayed on the Certificate Verification page. This feature lets you provide supplementary information for each Course or Unit on the Certificate Verification page by allowing you to add a link to a website.

We have enhanced the Certificate Templates by introducing additional Fields to cater to Apprenticeship/Traineeship Programs and State-Based Requirements.

Fields have been added to the Certificate Templates to automatically display the "Achieved through Australian Apprenticeship Arrangements" text and the Apprentice Number. This functionality is available when a student's enrolment includes recorded Apprenticeship or Traineeship details.

To view these fields, go to a Certificate Template → Display Info tab → scroll down to Contingent Fields. 

All Broadcast Messages will now exclude students with a "Withdrawn" status in their Enrolment.

You can now choose the specific period for extracting Quality Indicator Reports for Employers and Students.

When going to the Report → Feedback → Employers / Students, you now have the option to select a Specific Period of time or apply a Custom Date Range when viewing feedback for Employers or Students.

The Admins' Legacy Dashboard for Cloud Train has now been deprecated.

In our continued effort to make Vasto the most reliable student management system in the market, we've eliminated several issues in the platform with this update! 

Here's a quick rundown on those fixes:

• We've resolved an issue regarding handling hyperlinks and text-defining web addresses when opening enrolment Terms and Conditions in a PDF viewer. [VAS-340]
• We've resolved an issue that previously restricted the display of Unpaid Invoices to just one page. As a result of this fix, the Unpaid Items Report will now present ALL Unpaid Invoices. [VAS-168]
• We've resolved an issue that caused the Free Text column of the Master Timetable to be displayed inconsistently. [VAS-170]
• We've resolved an issue where a selected 'Course Bundle Filter' was not saved against a Web Widget. [VAS-296]
• We've resolved an issue where the 'Allow RPL' checkbox would incorrectly display as unchecked when editing a Course with this option enabled. [VAS-307]
• We have removed a validation that previously required selecting a Gender when editing a Student VET Profile, even when "Not Stated" was chosen. From now on, "Not Stated" will be accepted as a valid response. [VAS-314]
• To avoid errors encountered when using the percentage character (%) in combination with certain other characters, we have removed it as a supported character in Passwords. [VAS-418]
