Reporting of Income Contingent Loan Identifier for Funded Tasmanian Enrolments

We have enabled the Collection and Reporting of the Income Contingent Loan Identifier for Funded Tasmanian enrolments.

This field is under the Funded Training Information for the Student's Enrolment. 

Google Analytics Track Code with Multi-Tracking Support

Our 'Google Analytics Track Code' has been upgraded to support various tracking codes, including Meta Pixel.

We've Improved the Enhancements to Student Profile Merge Function

When Merging Student Profiles, a warning is displayed if a person has been included in an AVETMISS Generation verified error-free. This helps prevent inadvertent loss or alteration of data, which could lead to complications with State Training Authorities due to merging previously reported records.

We have also introduced warnings in the person merge utility for records with mismatched Date of Birth (DoB), Gender, or USI. This help to maintain data accuracy. Selecting a person with a valid USI as a Merge from Target is no longer possible. 

We've Improved the Pathway Display for Upgraded Units in All Relevant Areas

Pathways with the exact same description, where a Unit Upgrade exists, will now be displayed on the Student Dashboard, Manage Enrolments page of a Timetable, Trainer Class view, and Widget Timetable list, providing clarity.

We've Strengthened Admin Password Security

When an Admin requests a Password Reminder, it will reset their password to a randomly generated string. The Admin will be prompted to change their password during their next login.

In our continued effort to make Vasto the most reliable student management system in the market, we've eliminated several issues in the platform with this update! 

Here's a quick rundown on those fixes:

• We have resolved an issue hindering student enrolment through the Partner Portal when uploaded via a spreadsheet. To ensure smoother data handling, we have also implemented additional validation for student enrolments uploaded through the Partner Portal spreadsheet. [VAS-251]
• To safeguard the data of Trainers and Assessors, we have disabled the option to select them as a valid merge option when merging profile records. [VAS-306]
• We have resolved an issue that resulted in the automatic grading of Practical Session Activities when multiple Pathways with such Activities existed for a Timetable Item. A warning will now appear when saving a Timetable Item with Practical Session Activities if no sessions have been scheduled for these Activities. [VAS-372]
• We have fixed an issue where a student's message to their Assessor was being received by the overall Enrolment Assessor instead of the Unit Assessor when a Unit Assessor override was in place. [VAS-511]
• We have resolved an issue that prevented the Xero Account from saving when adding an Invoice Item to an Invoice. [VAS-515]
• We have resolved an issue where Admin Grading updates were not saved when using the Apply button to set results in bulk. [VAS-527]
• We've resolved an issue that caused some Students to appear multiple times in the corporate portal's 'Not Trained' list. [VAS-532]
