Enrolment Progression Reports

This report provides a snapshot of student progression through their studies, as well as details regarding their funding source and status. 

 

Using the Enrolment Progression Report

  1. Navigate to Report > Enrolment Progression

  2. Select the desired filters for the report;

    Enrolled or Last Unit Completed: Select which filter category you want to use 

    Date Range: Set the date range for the report

    Funding Source: Use the drop down box to select the funding source filter

    VET filter: Check the box to display only VET units in the report data

    Funding Completed: Check the box to exclude enrolments that are marked as funding completed

    Course or unit filter: Populate a code to filter results to display only that unit or course

    Purchasing Contract: Use the drop down box to select a purchasing contract filter

  3. Click the button to run/refresh the report data

  4. Data can be viewed on-screen, or exported by clicking the button to Export to Excel

Navigation Options in the Enrolment Progression Report

Click the icon to open the progress tracker for this student enrolment

Click the timetable ID number to open the manage timetable view in a new tab
