Recent SMS Report

This report is useful for ensuring that system messages are being sent successfully and to view messaging history. 

How to Use and Interpret the Recent SMS Report

1. Use the menu to navigate to Report > Recent SMS

   
   
   
   

2. Results will display on screen. The default view will show the 100 most recently dispatched SMS. Alternatively populate dates and/or search term, then click the refresh button to update the results.

   
   
   

3. Click the name to view the individual profile for the recipient of the SMS message
   
   
   
   

4. Message - The content of the SMS message is displayed in this column

   Originator - Indicates whether the SMS message was sent manually or sent via auto-message

   Billing Units - Based on the length of the message, how many billing units the message will be charged as.
   160 characters = 1 billing unit.
