User Activity Reports - Students, Trainers & Admin Users

This report log will show user activity, with options to filter results by a particular action, user, or IP address. This provides further insight where plagiarism or collusion is suspected and transparency on user activity. 

How to Use the User Activity Report

1. Navigate to Report and select the applicable user group - Students, Trainers or Admin Users

   
   
   
   

2. Set the result filters for logged action (optional).
   

   - For data results regarding a particular action or activity, select an activity from the drop down box

   - Check the corresponding boxes to include student data in the report for student users who are archived, completed or suspended/cancelled/withdrawn
   
   

3. Populate an email address, Vasto ID or name to limit results to an individual user

   
   
   

4. Populate an IP address to view any activities which have been completed via this IP address

   

   Show suspicious student activity (use of common IP addresses)
   Use this checkbox to show if multiple users are accessing their account on the same IP address.
   This may be indicative of collusion or plagiarism. 
   
   
   

5. Finally, select the date range for the report, and select where the data is viewed on screen or exported to Excel for download.
