Trainer & Assessor Qualification Expiry Reports

This report will highlight when trainer or assessor qualifications are close to expiry (within 45 days) or where qualifications have now lapsed. 

Use this information to ensure teaching staff maintain the required qualifications. 

The report data is based on qualifications uploaded to the trainer or assessor quals tab, which have a set expiration. See help pages on trainer and assessor profile for more information. 

How To Use the Qualification Expiry Reports

1. Use the menu to navigate to Report > Trainer Qualification Expiries or Assessor Qualification Expiries

   
   
   

2. Results will display on screen, separated into two categories - qualification that have already expired, and qualifications expiring in the next 45 days

   
   
   

3. Click the eyeball icon to navigate to the quals tab for that trainer/assessor
   
   

4. In the quals tab you can review qualification details. Expired quals will display in red text.
