Archive a Unit

The purpose of archiving is to keep your admin portal list views tidy, and to only show those items you're currently using. It allows you to move these units from the main units list to the archive list, to reduce clutter and keep these units separate.

Archiving only changes how the unit is displayed in the admin portal. It has no impact whatsoever for your student enrolments - students won't see any difference from the student portal. A unit can be un-archived at any time to use as a live unit again.

TIP: Units which have been timetabled and studied by students should be archived (and not deleted).
