Corporate Income Check

This report may be used to establish how many students are enrolled into private timetable items with set start dates. 

Data Fields Included in the Corporate Income Check Report 

• Timetable ID number
• Course or unit title
• Domain (this is always blank, domain doesn't exist for Vasto and this was a commissioned field)
• Timetable status (draft, published)
• Timetable start date
• Timetable type (only private timetables will display in this report)
• Number of students currently enrolled in the timetable item
• Venue location suburb
• Name of trainer allocated to timetable item

How to Run the Corporate Income Check Report

1. Use the menu to navigate to Report > Corporate Client Reports

   
   
   

2. Set the desired date range, then click the lightning bolt icon to download the report

   
3. Depending on your computer and browser default settings for downloads, the file should automatically download and you can open the file from the bottom left of screen
