This report will show any timetable items within the specified date range, with summary details of the timetable details and financial totals.
The purpose of this report is to quickly see whether a trainer (that is known to reside and work within a home state) has been working interstate, and establish whether any costs need to be charged back to the interstate entity.
Data Fields Included in the Chargeback Report
- Course or unit title
- Timetable type
- Name of corporate client organisation
- Timetable start date
- Timetable finish date (date of last short course session)
- Session start time
- Session finish time
- Venue location suburb
- Venue location state
- Salesperson/BDM recorded on the timetable
- Total number of enrolments into the timetable item
- Trainer name
- Gross value of invoices issued against the timetable item
- Total tax applied to invoices issued against the timetable item
- Net value of invoices issued against the timetable item
- Timetable ID number
How to Run the Chargeback Report

Use the menu to navigate to Report > Corporate Client Reports

Set the desired date range. Use the drop down box to select all trainers, or a specific trainer, then click the lightning bolt icon.
- Depending on your computer and browser default settings for downloads, the file should automatically download and you can open the file from the bottom left of screen
