Upcoming Corporate Courses

This report will return results for all future-dated private timetable items for corporate clients with set start dates. The report includes financial information, and can be used to ensure that any future-dated courses have been invoiced accordingly.

Data Fields Included in the Upcoming Corporate Courses Report 

• Timetable ID number
• Course or unit title
• Timetable start date
• Timetable type (only private timetables will display in this report)
• Number of places available in the timetable
• Domain (this is always blank, domain doesn't exist for Vasto and this was a commissioned field)
• Venue location suburb
• Venue location state
• Name of trainer allocated to timetable item
• Name of corporate client organisation
• Amount billed (the total price as specified in the timetable item)
• Invoice number
• Date invoice sent 
• Outstanding invoice balance
• Corporate coordinator first name
• Corporate coordinator surname
• Corporate coordinator email address
• Corporate coordinator phone number

How to Run the Upcoming Corporate Courses Report 

1. Use the menu to navigate to Report > Corporate Client Reports

   
   
   

2. Click the lightning bolt icon to download the report

   
   
   

3. Depending on your computer and browser default settings for downloads, the file should automatically download and you can open the file from the bottom left of screen
