Bookings Report (Public & Private)

This report provides a list of bookings within the specified date range.

The purpose of this report is to establish which course offerings are attracting new enrolments and the value of these enrolments. The report includes visibility on vouchers used or enrolments into a timetable linked to a particular salesperson.

Data Fields Included in the Bookings Report (Public & Private)

  • Timetable ID number 
  • Course or unit title
  • Timetable start date
  • Booking ID number
  • Booking date
  • Number of participants on the booking
  • Expected revenue (ex GST) (the total price for the booking)
  • Venue location short description
  • Venue location suburb
  • Venue location state
  • Name of corporate client organisation
  • Salesperson/BDM recorded on the timetable
  • Voucher Used

How to Run the Bookings Report (Public & Private)

  1. Use the menu to navigate to Report > Corporate Client Reports

  2. Set the desired date range, then click the lightning bolt icon to download the report

  3. Depending on your computer and browser default settings for downloads, the file should automatically download and you can open the file from the bottom left of screen
