This report will return results within the specified date range for private timetable items. It can be used to establish which member of staff commissions are paid too, and includes financial information that may inform the value of commissions earned.
Data Fields Included in the Commissions Report
- Course or unit title
- Timetable type (only private timetables will display in this report)
- Timetable start date
- Timetable finish date (date of last short course session)
- Number of places available in the timetable
- Venue location suburb
- Venue location state
- Name of corporate client organisation
- Venue location postcode
- Salesperson/BDM recorded on the timetable
- Total number of enrolments into the timetable item
- Corporate coordinator name
- Net value of invoices issued against the timetable item
- Net value of invoices issued against an individual enrolment in the timetable item
- Timetable status
- Timetable ID number
- Date timetable item created
- Short course session dates & times (set up on page 1 of timetable)
How to Run the In-House Courses Report

Use the menu to navigate to Report > Corporate Client Reports

Set the desired date range, then click the lightning bolt icon to download the report
- Depending on your computer and browser default settings for downloads, the file should automatically download and you can open the file from the bottom left of screen
