This report will return results within the specified date range for enrolments whose payment status meets the selected filter requirements.
The purpose of this report is to easily identify students who have met the required payment thresholds to continue with their studies, and those who will be required to make additional payments before they can progress.
Data Fields Included in the Payment Receipts Report
- Booking ID number
- Invoice ID number
- Student first name
- Student surname
- Course or unit title
- Timetable start date
- Price ????
- Brand applied to enrolment
- Payment Request ID number
- Transaction reference number
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Invoice total
How to Run the Payment Receipts Report

Use the menu to navigate to Report > Corporate Client Reports

Set the desired date range.
Use the drop down box to select a filer if desired, then click the lightning bolt icon to run the report. -
Depending on your computer and browser default settings for downloads, the file should automatically download and you can open the file from the bottom left of screen
