A cancelled or suspended enrolment will retain the enrolment details for audit purposes, and can be re-activated at any time.
Cancelled students:
- do not receive any auto-messages
- do not receive broadcast messages
- do not show in AVETMISS reporting
- do not have access to their course in the student portal
- pending submissions will not show in assessor portal
Suspended students:

How to Cancel an Enrolment
There are two ways you can cancel an enrolment.
- From the edit booking screen (only for students that have not commenced their training)
- Using admin grading to change the Enrolment Final Outcome to cancelled

- Using admin grading to change the Enrolment Final Outcome to suspended
How to Make an Enrolment Live Again
If the enrolment has been cancelled, you will need to use admin grading to change the Enrolment Final Outcome to 'New' or 'In Progress'.
You can use this method to move a suspended enrolment back to a live enrolment too.
There is also an 'un-suspend' button which can be accessed from the booking editor.
