Split Booking

Where there are multiple students on a booking, the students can be split off from the group booking to form their own individual booking.

This will allow you to make changes to only a single student - for example changing the assigned assessor, tuition fee or switching their booking. These changes are applied at booking level and would affect all students on a group booking. 

How to Split a Booking

NOTE: Each student must be split off separately, ie. on a booking of four students, two students cannot be split off into a new two-person booking. Each split student becomes their own individual booking when they are split from the original group booking.

1. Open the booking editor.

   This can be located in a variety of places in the Vasto system, pictured below from an individual student profile.

3. Click the yes button to confirm the split
