Enrolments can be archived, which separates them from your live enrolments to reduce visual clutter clutter. Archived enrolments can be restored as a live enrolment at any time.
Archived enrollments:
- receive any auto-messages
- receive broadcast messages, unless the check box is selected to exclude them
- will show in AVETMISS reporting
- will still have access to their course in the student portal
- pending submissions will not show in assessor portal
How to Archive an Enrolment
Archive an individual enrolment
- Open the booking editor
- Scroll down to the students enrolled section
- Click the [archive] text for the enrolment you would like to archive
- A on-screen notification will display in the bottom left. Refresh the page
Archive enrolments in bulk
- Open the timetable manage enrolments screen
- Use the bulk tick selector, or click to select individuals from the timetable list
- Click the archive button
How to View and Search for Archived Enrolments
To locate archived enrolments from any timetable item, search for archived enrolments from the manage enrolments page.
Alternatively, from the timetable manage enrolments view click the 'show archives too' button
If there are no archived enrolments for this timetable item, the button will instead say 'nothing archived'
The stage column will show whether the enrolment is archived or current
How to Restore an Archived Enrolment back to a Live Enrolment
(Un-Archive)
An enrolment can be un-archived from two places - the booking editor or the timetable manage enrolments view. Enrolments cannot be restored in bulk, they need to be restored individually.
Un-archive from booking editor
- Open the booking editor
- Scroll down to the students enrolled section
- Click the [unarchive] text in the stage column to restore this to a live enrolment
Un-archive from timetable manage enrolments
- Click the 'show archives too' button
- The student list will now display both current and archived enrolments. In the stage column where an enrolment is archived, click the [unarchive] text to restore this to a live enrolment.
