You can change or assign an assessor in bulk to selected students that are in the same timetable item. This is useful if you need to make a change for all or multiple students in a timetable.
Bulk Change or Assign an Assessor for the Enrolment
- Navigate to the timetable item, and click the icon to view the Manage Enrolments view.

- Use the check boxes to select students whose assessor you want to change
- Optionally use the bulk tick selector at the bottom left of the student list to select all students in one click
- Click the assign assessor button

a) Select the desired assessor from the drop-down menu.
b) Check the box if you want to move any unmarked submissions the student may have pending with their current assessor to the newly selected assessor.
c) Check the box if you want to over-ride any unit-level default assessors that are set up on this timetable (per page 2 of the timetable item) and assign this assessor for all units on the enrolment.
d) Click the continue button.
- Confirmation of the new assessor will show
Bulk Change or Assign an Assessor for Individual Units
If the timetable item is for a course, the assessor can be set unit-by-unit rather than one single assessor for the entire enrolment.
- Navigate to the timetable item, and click the icon to view the Manage Enrolments view.

- For any student, click the hamburger list icon located next to the default assessor name in the Assessor column
- This will display an itemised list of units, and the assigned assessor for each unit.
a) Select the desired assessor for each unit using the drop down selector. If a change is made the box will show shaded in yellow.
b) Check the box if you want to apply this assessor selection to all active enrolments in the timetable item
c) Check the box if you want to move any unmarked submissions the student may have pending with their current assessor to the newly selected assessor.
d) Click the save button
- A confirmation will pop up in the bottom left of screen to confirm the changes have applied.
