The book to account function allows admin to issue a single invoice to a corporate client for multiple enrolments from different timetable items.
This sends this payment to a holding area so an invoice can be created at a later date. This is also useful for corporate clients who you may only invoice once a month etc.
How to Use the Book to Account Function
- Open the Booking Editor, and scroll down to the employer details section.
- If it is not already, populate the corporate client and co-ordinator information
- Once populated, click the book to account button
- Repeat this process for any subsequent enrolments that you would like to include on the same invoice
- Once you have clicked the book to account button, you can see a summary of the billing details.
Click the view icon to navigate directly to the corporate client profile and the payments tab
- In the payments tab there is a category 'un-invoiced items booked to organisation'
Click the view icon
- On the right, select the items you wish to include on the invoice then click the 'invoice selected rows' button.
- This will create a single invoice which includes the selected items as separate line items.
