Book to Account

Have more questions? Submit a request

The book to account function allows admin to issue a single invoice to a corporate client for multiple enrolments from different timetable items.

This sends this payment to a holding area so an invoice can be created at a later date. This is also useful for corporate clients who you may only invoice once a month etc.

How to Use the Book to Account Function

  1. Open the Booking Editor, and scroll down to the employer details section.

  2. If it is not already, populate the corporate client and co-ordinator information

  3. Once populated, click the book to account button
