  What is a Training Venue?

This article offers a step-by-step guide on how to view or make edits to existing Training Venues within your system. Training Venues are locations assigned to Events, Practical Sessions, or Timetables and are crucial for AVETMISS Reporting when associated with an Accredited Course or Unit Timetable.

 

View or Edit an Existing Venue

  1. Go to SetupPlacesTraining Venues
  2. You'll be presented with a list of current Training Venues. If you ever need to narrow down the results, you can use the search function to find specific venues.

  3. If you'd like to see a venue on a map, simply click on the 'View Location' Pin icon located on the right side of any physical training venue.

  4. To make changes to an existing Training Venue, click on the Edit icon next to the marker icon instead.

    This will open the Venue details, giving you the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments to the information.
