5. Virtual classroom trainer view

Trainer view of virtual classrooms / training 

This step covers the trainer's responsibilities for facilitating a virtual classroom and what their view looks like. For additional information, please refer to the video at the bottom of the page.

From the trainer portal, once the trainer has clicked into a session with a virtual classroom their 'virtual practical session' will look like the below. Rather than having a section for the physical venue and map to its location, it will be replaced by a virtual room link.

Clicking into the VIRTUAL ROOM LINK will enable the trainer to start the virtual classroom. From here, the trainer has the ability to record the session and then upload this for the trainer's records, but also for viewing by the student via their portal. The trainer can re-upload if the incorrect file has been attached, or if there is an updated version.

Utilizing this functionality allows the trainer to launch their Zoom session and then using Zoom's options, facilitate and record the learning experience for the student.
