This release continues to improve reporting reliability, integrations, and platform stability. Key highlights include enhancements to Xero sync visibility, improvements to LLND handling and enrolment security, and ongoing work to modernise the platform with updated infrastructure. Alongside these changes, a number of fixes have been delivered across SCORM, reporting, and validation workflows to ensure a smoother experience for both administrators and students.

New Features

  • Added “sync status” as a filter to Invoices list.
  • Reworked layout of Xero Sync setup page.

Improvements

  • Added LLND exemption time settings which allow previously completed LLND within a set timeframe to be reused for other enrolments under the same subscriber.
  • Added some more intelligence to enrolment form spam blocking.
  • We can now pin announcements within Vasto. Keep an eye on the “blue” bar at the top of the screen (version information) for it to change colour when we pin something!
  • Timetable items can now have a brand associated with them, including the ability to set a default brand for all your timetables.
  • For module activities we now show compulsory/optional, supervision type and passing grade
  • Changed the EOFY reconciliation report to include Credit Note entries as “0 value” rather than the invoice’s value.
  • Vasto now runs on PHP 8.4, bringing a more up-to-date operating system to help keep your data secure and the system performing well.
  • Added a new page for payment history and sync status under the Manage menu.

Bug Fixes

  • Updated the way we handle errors within a bulk USI validation
  • Fixed an issue where some date fields in custom reports were including a time when it didn’t make sense.
  • Fixed an issue with custom fields on Custom Report Generator reports causing headers to repeat every 50 or so lines.
  • Fixed an issue in the student portal where OSPC postcodes were not being accepted or enforcing “non-Australian” states
  • Fixed outlying occasions of SCORM pack completion not registering.
