This release continues our focus on performance, security, and API enhancements. We've introduced additional filtering and availability information to the Vasto API, expanded assessor capabilities for RPL processing, and delivered a range of fixes across enrolments, examinations, reporting, and timetable management. Behind the scenes, we've also undertaken a broad review of administrative endpoints and authentication controls as part of our ongoing security program, helping ensure that access to data and system functions remains appropriately protected as the platform continues to evolve.

New Features

• Added suburb radius filtering to the timetable endpoint in the API, to allow you to find timetables that are “close” to the suburb you’re looking for.

Improvements

• As part of our ongoing security program, we have continued reviewing administrative endpoints, authentication controls and access validation throughout the platform. This work is focused on ensuring that system functions and data remain appropriately protected while maintaining compatibility with existing workflows.
• Fixed issue with display of activities that were in an RPL unit.

• Added a logged warning to Timetable switching for switching of completed enrolments

• Completed students can now be viewed against trainer sessions where even if their completed date is from the past.

• Fixed an issue with IP address display in API keys

• Opened up the ability to see logs for archived API keys

• Added the calculated field available_spaces as well as a filter min_available_places to the API.

• Limited start_date sample in API Swagger document to just date to avoid confusion

• Added the ability for Assessors to complete the RPL assessment process as well as administrators do.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Enrolment Confirmation Letters did not display HTML formatted elements.

• Fix for certain file names causing file type to become empty on download.

• Fix for short course sessions not requiring a check off from the trainer just attendance.

• Fix for session logout issues when logging in as multiple users.

• Fixed issue where exam response messages no longer included a link to the question.
• Fixed an issue where students could submit enhanced enrolment information after being accepted, setting their enrolment back to “pending”

• Sped up timetable student page load times by loading individual progress in the background.

• Sped up trainer class list load times by loading individual progress in the background.

• Fixed the course enrolment report in situations where special characters were preventing its generation.
• Fixed an issue where branded timetable switches weren’t finalising the switch process once paid.
