In combination with an Enquiry Widget, the Enquiries Manager allows you to receive, be notified of and manage new web enquiries from prospective customers, with their details recorded directly into Vasto.
Enquiries can be tracked and notes recorded as they are followed up through your internal processes.
How to Use Enquiry Manager
When an enquiry is received via an Enquiry Widget, it can be located in the Enquiries Manager.
The following video tutorial reviews the enquiry manager functions.
Navigate to Connect > Enquiries Manager
The default view is set to a date range for the current month. Apply the necessary filters or adjust the date range, and click apply to view the filtered results.
Results will show as a list, with summary information.
The details can be exported to Excel by clicking the Export to Excel button.
Click open against an enquiry to view more details and for more manage functions.
Available functions when you have opened an enquiry as below.
Function | Description |

Add admin notes | Admin user making the note is recorded, and notes are date and time stamped |
Update enquiry status | Change the status of the enquiry to track it as it is managed through your internal processes |
Copy to new | Will create a new duplicate of the current enquiry |
Open page print command to send to printer | |
Delete | Remove the enquiry |
Types of Notifications for New Enquiries
1. Dashboard notifications
Under Setup > Alert settings, these can be enabled/disabled with the checkbox against the option for New enquiry form submission. See the Alert Settings help page for more information.
2. Email alert - widget level
Any enquiries submitted through a specific enquiry widget can be emailed to a nominated email address. See the help page for creating an enquiry widget for more information.
3. Email alert - system level
Any enquiries submitted through any enquiry widget can be emailed to a nominated email address. This setting can be found under Setup > Alert Settings and providing an email address next to the option New enquiry form submission. See the Alert Settings help page for more information.
