Known Issue with Apple Mac Computers

If you are using a Mac computer, please download Firefox and generate AVETMISS reports in this browser.

There is a known issue specific to Apple Mac operating system when using Safari or Google Chrome web browsers - it will always create a report for the current year, although the user has selected a previous year in the drop down menu.

ie. You are selecting 2020 as the year for your report, however, the report is still generating for 2022.

Common Mistakes When Generating AVETMISS Reports

1. Select the correct year for your report.

Once a new year ticks over, the current year will become the default year. AVETMISS reporting is for the previous calendar year. Ensure the correct year has been selected.

2. Check the report contains data

The report should have some student data and results - if it says empty in the stats column then something has gone wrong, or you need to select different filters
