This month’s release focuses on strengthening student self-service options and expanding administrative flexibility, introducing the ability for students to self-manage timetable switches and request time extensions at the activity level, providing greater autonomy and smoother workflows.

We've also added enhancements to practical session management, Hubspot integrations, and certificate handling, along with a wide range of important bug fixes improving enrolment processing, portal stability, and reporting accuracy.

New Features

• Students can now self-serve timetable swaps for a nominal fee.

• Added the ability to have paid time extensions for activities within an enrolment using Delivery Schedules.

Improvements

• Practical sessions with skills attached to them now require a student to complete the specified percentage of these skills for the activity to be marked complete.

• When adding a practical session, you could only add trainers who were qualified. This has been updated to show “not qualified” so you can still select them.

• Passwords are no longer shown in plain text anywhere (e.g. via self-enrolment windows, in directly-sent emails, etc). In any places where passwords were previously shown, there are now instructions that advise students how to request a password reset link to be emailed to them. This change was made as part of evolving security requirements, and we are looking to make further improvements in the future.

• Added in some generic data tracking for Hubspot. Now you can set URL parameters to track, and define which property on the enrolment custom object to send that data to when pushing data across to Hubspot.

• You can now override individual elements of a Cluster to be CT or RPL.

• We have updated the Renewal Report generation to handle larger datasets.

• Updated some positioning and font size logic in the certificate generation process.

Bugs

• Fixed an issue where deleting a private timetable item didn’t delete the link to the organisation, meaning you could not then delete the organisation.

• Fixed an issue where sometimes questions were not showing under “My Open Submissions” if the question was submitted prior to the assessor being assigned. Where this is the case we now show these to the unit’s assessor where an individual question doesn’t have an assessor set.

• Fixed an issue where admin workflow notes were not editable once submitted.

• Fixed issues with video player in portals not showing video correctly.

• Fixed an issue with the Employer selector on the bookings page.

• Updated the Contact Export and Import to include Postal Address as well as Residential.

• Fixed issue with partner portal create new org page not working.

• Fixed an issue where Xero Credit Notes were not being included when we were counting applied credit notes.

• Fix JS for Training Plans so that users can open report in a new tab via the ShowMessage button.

• Fix up discount percentage when calculating final price for a coupon with a usage limit being used for a bundle.

• Added RPL numbers to ACDFR report.

• Soft delete invoice payments for better tracking.

• Fix display of mobile phone numbers.

• Add more diagnostic data to your AVETMISS generation history.

• Fixed an issue with student document uploads.

• Updated tracking of SMS Sender changes.

• Fixed an issue where completed enrolments could still be edited in the Trainer Portal.

• Fixed an issue where the Assessor Portal was not excluding returned submissions if that option was selected for filtering.
