Vasto 5.100 includes a wide range of improvements across enrolment workflows, SCORM performance, Catapult integration, and UI usability. We've enhanced support for address validation, analytics tracking, certificate clarity, and widget management—while also delivering fixes for key training plan and submission issues. This release brings continued performance improvements and better visibility across the platform, with additional controls for administrators managing third-party integrations.

New Features & Improvements

• Self-serve timetable switching now allows you to specify a postcode when searching for a timetable to switch into.

• Restricted Catapult Trainer updates via API to prevent unwanted overwrites of trainers set up against Catapult enrolments.

• Added expiry dates to the second page unit list on certificates.

• Widgets now show discounted course prices, displaying usual vs. voucher-applied pricing.

• Improved analytics tracking to better identify user patterns and feature adoption.

• Updated student contact logs styling to prevent text from overflowing off the screen.

• Added ELICOS/CRICOS hours calculator to the timetable page to highlight gaps in required hours.

• Enhanced Widget Manager UI with prompts before deletion and the ability to rename widgets without recreating them.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where some LLND-pending enrolments were not having payment requests generated.

• Added address validation in the Student Portal using Australia Post lookup after selecting a record from the Google autocomplete dropdown.

• Fixed an issue where multiple locations could share a single address record, causing edits to affect multiple locations.

• Resolved a bug in the Enrolment Progress Editor where saving all changes still overwrote individual CT results for CAE units.

• For LLND self-enrolment, students can now select to invoice their employer.

• Reduced SCORM ping frequency to avoid performance issues and timeout errors.

• Fixed SCORM pack completion tracking when packs were exiting too early.

• Resolved several display issues in the Student Portal, including wide images and unit order errors.

• Paginated the widgets screen to improve load performance for high-volume users.

• Fixed an issue with the USI web services connection hanging on invalid inputs.

• Added further email line break fixes to resolve delivery and formatting issues.

• Corrected ordering and locking issues on the course cover page.

• Fixed an issue where Elective Cluster units were not marked complete in the progress tracker.

• Fixed an issue where lodged exams did not appear in the assessor submissions page.

• Resolved Catapult locking bugs: Catapult activities now correctly respect the lock setting; upgraded units are now locked as expected.

• Fixed an issue where mobile numbers were not saving in self-serve enrolments.

• Added missing address validation to VET profiles in the Student Portal.
