This release introduces two powerful new features: the ability to create and locate USIs through the web service (with consent), and the option to schedule delivery of custom reports. 

Alongside these enhancements are multiple improvements to compliance reporting, student finance views, and Catapult integration, as well as targeted fixes across the student portal, USI validation, and credit transfer logic.

New Features

• Updated our USI integration to allow for the locating and creating of a student's USI, once you have acquired their permission.
• Implemented the ability to schedule the generation and sending of some reports from within Vasto. This allows you to set a frequency (at most, daily) to receive an email copy of the selected report.

Improvements

• Added the outstanding balance for invoices to the “payments” tab for both students and organisations.
• From the course units search we now exclude units that are in the upgrade or downgrade path of any currently attached units fixing duplicate unit issues.
• Made some speed improvements to our AVETMISS generation process.
• Improved the USI error feedback to make it easier to debug invalid USI issues.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the “Export to Excel” button on the CRICOS and ELICOS workbenches.
• Fixed an issue with ad-hoc payment requests not recording transaction reference from the student portal.
• Now recording email used to generating LLN assessments to avoid loss when username is changed before LLN is completed.
• Fixed width of unit headers in Student Portal to prevent misalignment issues.
• Altered minimum age on USI verification to be 5 instead of 10.
• Fixed an issue where our USI validation service could get deadlocked.
• Fixed an issue with Catapult integration to prevent erroneous enrolments from being created.
• Fixed an issue with Catapult integration if people were already enrolled in more than one unit.
• Fixed an issue where credit transfer and Pending commencement would not lock unit in student portal.
• Fixed an issue where extra HTML was appearing in the Enrolment Funding Editor screen.
