2. Text Insertion and Intended Certificate Use

Begin inserting text: This setting determines how much of a gap is left between the top of the page and the top of the text. The larger the measurement, the further down the page the text will be placed.

3. Production format availability: Choose whether the output format will be electronic (PDF)printed on your own stationery (with your own letterhead), or printed on blank white paper.

You can also choose a combination of these options. If in doubt, you should select multiple options, as this gives you more choice later when the certificate is generated, about how it is to be used.

4. Mini-Certificates

You can also produce mini-certs that print as a wallet-card size certificate, with a QR code that can be verified authentic

To create a mini-cert:

1. Create a template under SET UP > CERTIFICATES > MY TEMPLATES

2. Create a new certificate or SOA template and title it Mini Certificate.

3. Change the paper size to Mini (54mmx85mm) and ensure that the production format is set to the requirements you need.

4. Under the DISPLAY info tab you will need to set it up just like standard set up for certificates or SOAs.

5. You will be required to design the document with the details that you want to appear on the mini version. (Please take note that these will end up the size of a credit card and as such should not possess as much data as an actual certificate or SOA).
