6. Brands

The brands tab allows you to view any "child" templates (if applicable), which are variations of a main ("parent") template.

For example: You may designate a main generic template as the "parent" template, and create "child" templates with slightly different artwork and different partner logos. This keeps the certificates neatly grouped together in a hierarchy, but also allows flexibility in choosing which certificate to use for which students.

Depending on student numbers and the details of your courses, there may not be a need to create "child" variations for your templates.

When the template is first created, it won't have any child templates attached to it, so you will see the following message: "No child templates have been created for this template"

If there are child templates - it will look something like this:

Edit brand on previously issued Certificates

You can edit the BRAND applied to any previously issued certificate.

Go to MANAGE > CERTIFICATES > HISTORY > ACTIONED > EDIT CERTIFICATE.
