5. Artwork and fonts

The Artwork & Fonts tab allows you to upload a background artwork image for the certificate and also customise the fonts and font sizes used for the inserted certificate text

Background Artwork

a. Create Artwork File

Certificate artwork files must be:

1200 pixels x 1697 pixels exactly

270px x 425px for mini/credit card size certificates.

150 DPI resolution (recommended)

JPEG file type (.JPEG or .JPG)

b. Choose File and Upload

Click the Choose File button to browse for the JPEG file on your computer or network.

Click the Upload File button to begin the upload.

3. Upload in Progress

You will see the upload progress bar, while the file is uploading.

4. Preview Certificate Artwork

After the file has uploaded successfully, you will see a preview displayed in the Background Preview section:

Font

a. Choose a Font

Select a font and font colour from the drop-down menu. This font will be used for all system-generated in the certificate.

This text includes the certificate title, student details, course title and code, and more.

b. Choose Font Sizes

Select a font sizes for the nine areas of the system - Includes certificate title, student name, and course / unit / activity title and more
