We have made an update to the Pre-Requisite drop-down list in a Unit/Course

• VAS-167 In the Certificate Production Queue, we have changed the “Completion Date” column to reflect the enrolment completion date and added a second date field to reflect when the record was added to the queue. Both of these date column headers can be clicked on to re-sort the data by that date in ascending or descending order.
• VAS-915 Allow user control over automatically generated Not Yet Started records in NAT files. Previously this was mandated by specific states but was known to cause issues.
• VAS-948 Fixed an issue where non lowercase usernames could impair matching between Vasto and Catapult.
• VAS-954 Archived units and courses displayed in the prerequisite selection list for a course/unit will now display at the bottom of the list with ‘[ARCHIVED]’ appended.
• VAS-963 Fixed an issue with partner invoicing where the tier would not be found and $0.00 recorded.
• VAS-981 QR scan fix for time outs

In our continued effort to make Vasto the most reliable student management system in the market, we've eliminated several issues in the platform with this update! 

Here's a quick rundown on those fixes:

• VAS-841 Fixed an issue where the Units tab in the Course Specification page was not loading correctly, sometimes resulting in an infinite load.

• VAS-939 Added Training Plan Date columns to options available for reports being created with the Custom Report Generator

• VAS-946 Fixed an issue where the Tasmanian NAT130 AVETMISS file was blank

• VAS-955 Fixed the Trainer Portal so that students in activity level sessions would show up correctly.

• VAS-960 Zoom links were not showing up in student portal for virtual training

• VAS-966 NSW Compliance Reporting resulted in blank NAT files being generated

• VAS-969 Added Unverified USI Warning on Unit-Level Certificate Queue, which was only present on "courses" queue previously.
• VAS-972 Importing students via XLS doc wipes address if previously existed

• VAS-975 Assessor role not being carried across after profile merge

• VAS-977 Fixed issue where partner broadcasts getting sent as "student" emails, not "partner"

• VAS-980 AVETMISS Generator was producing end dates for non-started units that resulted in errors.  This is fixed by making sure the end date is later than the start date

• VAS-985 Partner certificates were not being correctly associated with the Training Partner for individual unit certificate queue
