We're happy to announce our latest update to the Vasto Educator platform!  This month we've focused on the Training Partners Portal, along with a number of reported bugs.

Partner Portal Enhancements

• Partner Scope was Displaying ALL Units/Courses on Scope.  These now show the same detail, based off the courses that are approved and have prices associated with them.
• Filter timetable by partner
• We now display certificate or enrolment information in partner billing table so you can reconcile this information with the enrolments or certificates issued.
• Added the ability for a partner’s lodged timetables to be returned to them, with full notes history.
• Added the ability to show your archived partners, and to then un-archive them.
• Prevented archived partners from logging in and provided options as to whether students, trainers or assessors can access courses on a “per-archived-partner” basis

New Features

• When generating AVETMISS files, it is now possible to filter your records using the “State Funding Source” check boxes for National submissions.
  This facilitates generating National AVETMISS files for only some of your data, for instance if you have an exemption on reporting some students.
• Updated the spreadsheet bulk enrolment option for timetables to import AVETMISS data, along with general formatting of data within the spreadsheet itself.
• Implemented responsive layout for Wordpress timetable widget

Bug

• Auto-message templates was defaulting to Vasto logo for Corporate Clients, even when they had their own logos set.
• Fixed an issue with saving NAB Transact details
• Fixed issues with portal login redirecting to "Not Found" page
• Exam functionality issues around question banks and resuming sections have been resolved
• Badges and Hubspot entries could get sent multiple times.
• We now dynamically load the values for the venue dropdown in the edit timetable screen
