New Features

• Updated navigation and styles in the Student portal and added a default setting to roll back to old styles if wanted.
• Improved SMS deliverability due to unverified senders by defaulting to “eLearning” if your SMS sender tag had not yet been verified.

Improvements

• If using the Xero integration, it is now possible to update the Xero Account ID held against a corporate client or person record. These will be presented as a drop-down that allows you to search Xero contacts to select the correct one.
• Improved how Xero inventory items are handled by allowing you to assign an account code to these when they’re added to your invoices.
• We now show the latest sync error against an invoice.
• We now send the transaction reference from an invoice payment through to Xero in the reference field.
• Improved Xero Sync so that if items are added or removed from an invoice in Vasto after initial sync to Xero, they are updated the next time the sync takes place. This does not happen for invoices modified within Xero.
• The Catapult integration within Vasto will now update activities in real-time as the student completes them.
• We’ve moved the Catapult Version Code from the module page to within the individual activity. This means that you can now have multiple Catapult activities per module, which is especially handy in the case that you’re using Clusters within Vasto. As a part of this change, we have copied your Internal Code across to this new field to keep things running.
• Made display of matrix type questions consistent between Admin and Student portals.
• Added the timetable item ID next to the class description on the Schedule page in the Trainer Portal.
• Added custom font sizes on certificates for Business name, RTO Number, and ABN as these were displaying differently within the Advanced Positioning Editor vs the final certificate output.
• Hardened our reCAPTCHA security on the self-enrolment page.

Bugs

• Fixed an issue with Hubspot tracking codes not being passed through Vasto widgets to the enrolment form.
• Updated the instructions on placing a Vasto widget when you are using a Hubspot tracking code, as this requires JavaScript.
• Supervisors who only have the supervisor flag associated can now log into the corporate portal.
• Added a message for users with no roles associated, as they will be unable to log into any portals.
• Tidied up the “Roles” tab on the edit_person page.
• Fixed a bug where the Venue Schedule would show an incorrect number of students.
• Fixed a bug where clicking on the “Student Profile” button from the Assessor Portal’s “Student Progress” page would sometimes point to a blank profile.
• Fixed a bug where the phone numbers in the partner portal were not correctly formatted and did not match the input mask.
• Fixed a bug where the sending of Bulk “update your USI” emails was using the text from the “single” version, not the “bulk” one.
• Fixed an issue where re-enrolling more than 6 weeks prior to a module expiring didn’t prevent a “please renew now” automated message from being sent.
• Fixed an issue where ticking the “Allow students to access this activity even after completion (no locking)” was not saving when modifying SCORM or LTI activities.
• Fixed some missing occurrences of video playback components.
• Fixed an issue where sometimes a student needed to revisit a previous section before their next one would open.
• Fixed an issue where "SCORM Package Location" field information wasn’t inserted in Activity config after successful file upload.
