Release 5.87

We're pleased to announce Release 5.87 of Vasto Educator will be available from August 22, 2024.  This release includes new CRICOS functionality for Education Agents, as well as several bug fixes for problems and security vulnerabilities that we have identified.

New Features

• Education Agent Portal
  • An organisation can now be set as an Education Agency
  • Users who are "Staff" for these organisations are treated as Agents, which will give them access to a new portal.
  • Education Agents have the ability to see the open courses and create Applications for students they have been in contact with.  When an Application is complete, 
  • Added notifications and alerts for Education Agents when application status changes or payments are received.

Improvement

• Added Manual certificate document type against student enrolments which can be used if uploading certificate documents manually.
  • This will display under admin certificates, student certificates, corporate portal student lists
  • Added a documents menu item to quick link to all documents against a student.
• RTO Renewal Reports has been updated to export all three tabs of the Excel template
  Added a button to the AQTF tab in Compliance Reporting for you to export your AQTF Quality Indicator reports.
• Added the ability for setting of Full-Time/Part-Time system-wide
• Provided the option to show "students" vs "enrolments" on students page in the Assessor Portal
• Added column ordering or filtering to Open Submissions in Assessor Portal
• Added the ability to change units at a per-enrolment level. Units need to be part of the spec for the timetable, but can be individually removed for a single enrolment.
• Add recaptcha to payment page to assist with identification of human-made payments

Bug Fixes

• Could not switch unit CREDIT ONLY status.
• Reverted all of the exam changes to a previous state.
• Fixed an issue of being able to add existing units to courses.
• Assessor Portal: Students with Invalid USIs screen is blank.
• Assessor responses not showing in admin portal.
• Fix assessor portal "Exclude returned submissions".
