A new exam can be created from two places in Vasto - either via the main menu, or from an Exam (Online) activity directly. 

Create New Exam - Main Menu

1. Navigate to Courses > My Exams
   
2. In the top left of screen, click button to add new
   
3. Provide a title, and optionally a sub-title if you wish to use this too - then click button to continue
   

Create New Exam - From Exam (Online) Activity

1. Open a unit from your unit list (Courses > My Units)
   
   
2. If you haven't already, create an Exam (Online) Activity
   
   
3. In the resources tab, populate a title, and optionally a sub-title if you wish to use this too - then click the button to add
   
   
   
   
4. Now the exam has been created, click the edit icon to continue to edit the exam and continue to build content and questions
